For my final course at Outlier—I produced, directed, and starred in our first workshop-based course that required multiple set-ups. The result was rich and engaging content that allowed students to feel practical communication skills in an online setting!

Responsibilities included:

• Created and project-managed the production schedule for the 9+ month project

• Managed overall production budget

• Co-created lesson plans and workshops included in the course curriculum

• Pitched and created the overall thematic story/visual theme used within our course

• Led casting and contracting of our three excellent instructors within our course

• Led all rehearsals and walkthroughs with talent in the lead-up to production

• Starred as an on-screen workshop participant, enabling students to see the skills learned in action

• Provided notes on video and graphics in rough cut, fine cut, and final cut reviews to our amazing post-production team via Frame.io, resulting in over 15+ hours of amazing, bite-sized video lessons!
