My first project as a video producer at Udemy was to produce a 30-second student story commercial to run as an advertisement test in South Africa. 

Responsibilities included:

• Hired the production crew and talent

• Sourced real South African Udemy student stories and developed the foundation for the script

• Sourced and licened music

• Sourced and hired voiceover talent

• Led the relationship with our South African TV partner for ad distribution

• Coordinated rough cut, fine cut, and final cut review sessions with stakeholders

• Managed the overall production timeline and budget
